Rasmussen named Pitcher of the Week

The North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference announced Weatherford College’s Casson Rasmussen as the NTJCAC Softball Pitcher of the Week for the week of Jan. 29 – Feb. 4.
Rasmussen is a freshman from Scotts Valley, California. She went 2-0 in the circle last week. In 11 innings pitched, she only allowed 7 hits and 2 earned runs with 3 strikeouts.
The Coyotes are ranked No. 15 in the latest National Junior College Athletic Association Division I rankings.
