Stueve wins all-around title in Alpine
Weatherford College's Mason Stueve lassoed the Men's All-Around title at the Sul Ross State University Rodeo.
Weatherford College's Mason Stueve won the Men's All-Around title at the Sul Ross State University Rodeo this past weekend in Alpine.
Stueve placed seventh in tiedown roping with 8.5 on one, and fourth in team roping with 16.1 on two with teammate Trey Adams.
Nathan Torres finished eighth in bareback riding with 115 on two.
Following some no times in the short go of breakaway roping, Kaydence Tindall came in seventh while Brooke Crenshaw and Chaney Chamberlain tied for eighth place.
Jacee Graff finished ninth in goat tying.
Chamberlain took seventh in barrel racing.
Cole Smith and Cashton Weidenbener won second place in team roping with a 5.3 for first in the first round and a 6.0 in the second round. Jett Stewart and John Hisel placed third overall with 11.8 one two, and Cayden Harmon and Zack Nicholson finished seventh with 5.7 on one head.
Catcher Gasperson won third in steer roping with a 29.7 on two.
