WC’s Graff takes first in Clarendon Rodeo goat tying
Jacee Graff's double first-place finish in goat tying led the Weatherford College rodeo team to strong results at the Clarendon College Rodeo, with other team members placing in steer roping, breakaway roping, team roping, and bareback riding.
Jacee Graff brought home first place in goat tying for the Weatherford College rodeo team this past weekend at the Clarendon College Rodeo.
She placed first in both rounds with a 6.2 and a 6.1.
Catcher Gasperson finished second in steer roping with an 11.3.
Payton Andrus placed second in breakaway roping with a 5.1 on two while teammates Kaydence Tindal finished seventh and Kadi Fretwell 10th.
In team roping, Hunter Helton and Ryan Gorham's 5.5 and 7.5 were good for second place. Cason Ritchie and Beldon Cox finished sixth and Cole Smith and Cashton Weidenbener placed eighth overall.
Jacoby Campbell finished eighth in bareback riding with 127 on two.
WC rodeo heads to the College Rodeo Shoot Out Oct. 16-18 in Liberty, Texas.
