Coyote athletes named to Academic All-Conference

Thirteen Weatherford College Coyotes have earned the distinction of Academic All-Conference for 2020-21 from the Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference.

Each recipient has completed three semesters of college work with a minimum of 36 hours counting towards a degree while maintaining an accumulative grade point average of 3.25 or higher.

The student-athletes must also have participated in at least one season of their sport.

This year's Academic All-Conference athletes are:

Baseball – Luke Stine, Hunter Rosson, Nathan Rooney, Marco Martinez Vasquez, Jacob Guerrero, Cade Farr, Brett Brown.

Basketball (Men) – Matthew Wages, Joshua Bridgewater

Softball – Aspen Garton, Alyssa Matchett, Desteny Ponciano, Destini Trahan.
