Lady Coyotes beat Cisco by 21

The Weatherford College Lady Coyote basketball team defeated Cisco College Saturday 72-51 in the Graber Athletic Center.

Adela Valkova led WC with 28 points and 13 rebounds. Jasmyne Robinson and Briarley Rogers each added 10 points.

Overall, the team shot an impressive 51.9 percent from the field.

The Lady Coyotes are 10-3 overall and 6-3 in conference play.

The Coyotes' next home game is Wednesday, March 10, against McLennan Community College. Tip-off time is 5 p.m. (women) and 7 p.m. (men) in the Graber Athletic Center.
