The Weatherford College women's basketball team picked up its first conference win of the season with a dominating performance over Cisco College Saturday at the Betty Jo Graber Athletic Center. Weatherford won 88-53.
Jasmyne Robinson led the way with 26 points, including 5-of-6 from beyond the three-point arc. The sophomore from Arlington also dished out seven assists.
Adreanna Waddle added 13 points with 10 rebounds. Diamond Sweats scored 13 with eight boards.
WC improved to 7-4 overall and 1-1 in Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference play.
Since Cisco does not field a men's team, the WC men (9-5, 0-1) took on RPA College in a non-conference tune-up and won 124-40.
