Fourth athlete named POTW this season for WC volleyball team
The Weatherford College volleyball team continues to earn honors for outstanding individual performances.
On October 9, Beline Thibaut was named the Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week. Thibaut is the fourth player to be named an NTJCAC player of the week.
A 5'11" freshman outside hitter from Marseille, France, Thibaut led both the offense and the defense with back-to-back double-double matches for the Coyotes to help them remain undefeated.
In their recent matchup against Cisco College, she collected 11 kills and claimed 14 against McLennan College.
Thibaut also added 14 digs in both matches, secured three blocks and an ace per match to average an impressive 4.7 points per set.
